Before Placing an Order
- Kindly ensure that your entryways, staircases, or door dimensions are suitable for smooth delivery of the product. Furniveda will not be responsible for returns or cancellations arising from access-related issues during delivery.
- Some furniture items are delivered in a ready-to-use condition, while others may require minimal assembly. Please review product specifications carefully.
- For items requiring assembly, our team will coordinate and schedule a carpenter visit when applicable.
Return Guidelines
- In case you wish to initiate a return, please ensure that the product is securely packed and maintained in its original condition, along with all included parts and packaging materials.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Furniveda aims to provide a safe and damage-free delivery experience. If you notice any damage or defect at the time of delivery, please inform the delivery personnel immediately.
- Additionally, report the issue to our support team promptly so that we can take necessary action.
- After evaluation (usually within 72 hours), Furniveda will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or other suitable measures.
Missing Components
- If you find any parts missing during assembly, please notify our Customer Support team without delay. We will arrange to send the required components at the earliest.
This product comes with 12 months warranty period, which covers manufacturing/workmanship defects issues that occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.
This limited warranty does not apply to the following:
Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use.
Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents
Damage caused due incorrect installation/assembly by the customer
Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg, upholstery furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight)
Cracks developed due to the displacement of the product
Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water
Joint lines, wood grains, or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and are not covered under warranty. In addition, any claim for seasonal splits or joints opening is limited to the warranty period from the time of purchase (for engineered wood furniture).
Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty. For upholstery products, the warranty applies to the frame, and mechanisms, if any.
Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or the use of harsh chemicals.
As per industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in the warranty.

Delivery:
Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery.
Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.
In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.
Extra charges applicable for weekend or time-specific delivery.
Your product(s) will be held for 10 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the delivery. After this, Furniveda reserve the right to either change or cancel the order.
Installation:
- Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery.
- If the delivery Condition is:
- Pre-assembled – no installation is required. The product comes fully-assembled and ready to use.
- Expert Assembly – expert assistance will be provided by Furniveda through skilled carpenters who will ensure proper installation and assembly of the product. The installation will be completed within 3 working days after delivery.
- Basic assembly/DIY – the product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be carried out by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. No expert assistance required.
